When you’re selecting the right podiatrist for you, understanding your insurance and payment options is an important part of your equation. That’s why we strive to be open and transparent with our policies, so you can make a plan to cover the costs of our podiatry services.

We gladly accept many different insurance plans and providers at CSP. These include:

We offer a wide range of coverage options and accept most commercial PPO insurance plans as well as Medicare.
We run an insurance benefit check prior to every new patient visit or coverage change to prevent unexpected charges. For any cash payments, we’ll happily provide you with an itemized receipt to submit for HSA reimbursement.
Patients are responsible for any charges not covered by insurance. This may include some advanced treatment options as well as products offered in-office. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, and credit cards. We offer flexible payment plan options when needed.

Custom orthotics
Give your feet the love they deserve with custom orthotics. These inserts are made just for you, to create personalized comfort and support so you can move freely and without pain.
$600 with casting,

Shockwave Therapy
This state-of-the-art therapy is FDA approved and proven to supercharge soft tissue healing. It’s highly effective for treating foot and ankle pain and issues like plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, wounds, and inflammation.
$500 for a package of 5 weekly sessions
Remy laser therapy treatment
This cutting-edge treatment is not only safe and soothing, but is effective for a wide range of foot and ankle ailments, from pain to toenail fungus.
Price varies based on condition being treated,
packages start at $750
Onyfix nail treatment
This pain-free, non-invasive nail correction system not only effectively treats ingrown toenails—it prevents them from recurring.
$150 per application to big toe,
$125 for other toes
Digital x-ray
Access top-quality digital x-ray services at the time of your appointment with our in-office x-ray capabilities. This service is often at least partially covered by most insurance plans.
$65 per foot
Podiatry office visit
Our expert podiatrist will thoroughly assess your podiatry needs and work with you to develop a customized, comprehensive treatment plan. Your visit to our office is likely at least partially covered by your insurance place. Contact our office anytime to learn more.

Yes! We are happy to be flexible to help you access the podiatry treatments you need. Please speak with our office staff about setting up a flexible payment plan to cover the costs of your treatments and services with us.

City Step Podiatry does accept Medicare. Our team will be happy to assess and explore your coverage options for your treatments with Medicare and any supplemental insurance plans you may have.

At City Step Podiatry, our office team always provides a benefits check with your insurance provider when you’re a new patient here. This way, you’ll have a good idea of what (if any) out of pocket cost you’ll incur and what your insurance will cover.
If you’re an established patient and have a change in your insurance plan or coverage, we’ll also follow up with them to gain insight into what they’ll cover.
When you pay cash, we’ll also gladly create and provide you with an itemized receipt so you can pursue reimbursement from your HSA.

In the event that your insurance plan doesn’t cover your podiatry treatments, we happily accept a wide range of payments options. You can pay via cash, check, or credit card. We can also assist you with setting up a payment plan if needed.
